Christmas Table #1

Tablescape Button Once again Susan @ Between Naps on the Porch is hosting Tablescape Thursday. Be sure to stop by her blog.  Her Christmas table is spectacular!

This table all started with these cute Christmas plates I got at Home Goods, way back in October, the gold chargers are from Big Lots, and the white plates are my every day Mikasa French Country Side

Xmas plates

Red napkins and gold napkin rings were added (the napkin rings are actually Christmas ornaments I got at Kohl’s)

Christmas Trees from Home Goods (Love that place!)

006

Simple glass vases with red ornaments were next

008

Reindeer from Pottery Barn.  I picked them up last year after Christmas.  Forgot I had them until I started unpacking all my Christmas Deco boxes.  Merry Christmas to me!

Got these cute holiday picks from Michael’s

Oh I am so glad that someone has a room like your last photo. I look at all these beautiful homes and blogs and wonder "Am I the only one that takes weeks to get stuff up and where do they put the boxes, crates and stuff they have but don't use". My extra bedroom is piled high with that stuff and anything I had to remove from the rooms I am decorating. Thank You!

I love how you led us through the process of creating your 'scape, adding each special touch. It turned out lovely! Those gift shaped plates are wonderful. You are SO BRAVE to show us what your spare room looks like while decorating. I think we ALL have a room/area that looks similar at this time of year. In my case, its not just a room, its the whole house! Got to clean this wknd!

Oh yes! I have a room that's a total disaster! NOPE! I don't like to look at it so I'm sure not going to blog it! I'll bet most of us have an area like that -- in the meantime, look at the lovelies on your table! Love those plates and the reindeer! So darling!
